Last week, work sent me and a couple of my colleagues to Adelaide, South Australia to look after one of our business centres there. We were fortunate enough to be accommodated at the Stamford Grand Adelaide Hotel in Glenelg; a picturesque tourist area situated on the shores of Holdfast Bay about 25 minutes from the CBD. I always look forward to these business trips and the number one reason is food. Variety is the spice of life as the saying goes and eating out especially on a work subsidised expedition is no exception.
